Sharing some videos
« on: Dec 30, 2011, 02:56 AM »
Hi guys, new member here. I like making short vids of some of my adventures. Most of my footage is collected on a Kodak playsport and the underwater stuff is done with my Marcum625sd with the Aipek recorder.

Here is a video with some cool underwater footage  ;D

I went back on the 28th for a quick outing and took this footage

I don't think our Pike take so long to strike.  Then again, I don't have the system to remotely view.  I like it!  Is that set up (camera) expensive?  Very cool video!

Thanks guys, I really like this web sight. It is a wealth of information  :)

The Marcum underwater camera system is over $500 for the one I use but there are cheaper ones available with less options. Plus to save your footage you'll need to get a Aipek camera ($100) to record off of the marcum. It does cost some money and it takes some work (time) to put them together but I really enjoy doing it. I laughed my a$$ off for hours while editing the "Epic Northern Pike Hunt". Maybe i'm easily amused or it could have been the brewskis  ???

The best thing I like about making these videos is you just need to catch some decent footage to have a good day  @)
even if i live up to my No-Fish nickname.... LOL

I'll keep posting my creations as they leave my editing room   ;D

Here is my latest video. This maybe my last one for this ice fishing season because the rivers are opening up and I will be pulling out the boat real soon. Suscribe to my channel if you want to see my open water vids this year  ;D
