Hello, I just wanted to know if any one has any updates on how thick the ice is at this lake and also wondering how the fishing has been going so far. If you have an idea of what is working best for lures bait or no bait that would be great. I will be looking forward to hearing from you all soon. I am thinking i am going to try and make a trip out to cowan lake sometime around the second weekend of january. If there is anyone that might be interested in a days fishing please let me know as i am new to the area and looking for fishing friends.
