Replacement Hooks on Jigging Spoons

I'm looking for single hook replacements for the trebles on jigging spoons (like the single that comes with Swedish Pimples).  I know that Gamakatsu makes a siwash down to #10's but I can't find anyone that carries them. 

I've also considered using a short dropper and a treble.  I'd be interested in what folks are using for the leader and the length.  Mostly targeting crappie, perch, and bluegill.

I got the large ring (eye) hooks from jannsnetcraft.

Barrlows tackle (on line)  is where I get a lot of my tackle making supplies....they got a great variety and good prices ...look at some of the trailer hooks for what your looking for...good luck....
