I find the fish farm to be very overrated. I like the north end of the lake where there is more of a multy species oportunity.
danielsson boat launch bay , east pumphouse bay , cautou bay ( right in front of the boat launch, across at the old launch, west pumphouse, and at the very far end of the bay) , are all good spots . the walleye will relate to a slightly deeper area coming up in the morning or more in particular in the evening to feed for about an hour and half. the rainbows tend to cruise the shallows. the perch can be shallow but more than likely will find some structure to relate to . the white will be almost anywhere. and the pike will be fairly shallow in the weedier parts of the back ends of the bays. there should be some maria at all these locations as well.
as for lures I would try minnows on jigs or jigging rappalas or swedish pimples for the walleye. very large smelt for the pike. trout chews or pellets or power bait for the rainbows( although if you want to experiment try some egg sucking leach flies with a split show if the rainbows are a little more active) . typical stuff for the perch and your typical whitefish gear.
diefenbaker is a tough place to fish because the conditions change on a daily basis , so try different approaches at different depths and also sometimes if you are in 30 feet plus the rainbows whites and walleye might only be 20 feet down or less.
if you have to chose the type of electronics I would suggest a lcd or flasher over a camera. you can see the bottoms and the whole water collumn with lcd's and flashers, the camera only allows you to see whatever depth the camera is at .
I hope this helps, let me know how you make out. saskafishman.
