In my recent WINNI topic I mentioned that Surf had been kind enough to let me know that Moltonborough Bay , near my Gansy Island location , (2,000 of acres) had OK fish and he hinted at the kind of structure I might look for. I spent an entire week walking much of the Bay before I located this spot. It wasn't a spot that Surf gave to me (hope Surf remembers that because I would never give away someone's pet spot.
BUT!! This was my spot and I have spent my entire fishing life helping other people, especially kids, find places to catch fish. If I want to help others on this site to locate MY SPOT I think I should have the right!! I don't want to hear the paranoia about LURKERS!!
I should have PM'd Surf to make sure he didn't think it was a special spot that he had given to me. Now that I think of it I probably should have given the location JUST to Surf because he was kind enough to give me some recommendations about the fish and Bay. Sorry if I made you mad Surf. I'll turn in my GREEN hat and appreciate what I got from this site in the past!
