northern pike
« on: Mar 04, 2011, 02:04 PM »
Hey there,

I have some really good college friends who live in Denver and I would love nothing more than to take these
guys who mean the world to me ice fishing with some tip ups for northerns.

Are there any in the Denver area?

Head to Williams Fork for Pike. Look at Regs though, there is a slot on Pike. Record Pike came out of there and the new State record is still smimming around there !! I know its not the Denver area, but its my sugestion for ice fishing. Get a bottom contour map to get your positions to fish !

thank you for the help...I would probably want to keep it within about 2 hours of Denver and it seems Williams fits that bill!  :)

thanks for the help!
