Smallmouth Bass!

This wasn't icefishing, But I just found out it was the largest smallmouth caught and released in Michigan. According to Michigan's Master Angler program. It was 24 1/2 inches and took 1st place for 2010.
  Caught on a ultra light  ugly stick and 4lb test with one of those crank baits that look like a cricket!

i caught 1 3 years ago that went 23 inches and 4 3/4lbs...thats a nice one :tipup:

i caught one 26-27 inces cant realy remember but it was 6.7 lbs ;D

got one on the wall at home the weighed over 7, def a nice fish you got there, not everyone gets to experience a smallie

I'm a river maniac and spend about 99% of my time chasing smallmouth. A 24" smallmouth is a tank! Nice fish, thanks for sharing.
