Yup, I was at the Caspian Ice Fishing Tournament last year.  It was on the 1st Saturday of March.  Didn't catch anything to weigh in, but had a good time even so.  It will be hard this year, for driving on this Lake.  I didn't drive on.  Just walked on, with gear in tow. ;D

Well, went to caspian today and never even got a flag, even after moving twice. Never caught anything jigging...... Suck suck sucked!!! :%$#!:

jogging really, never tried that! I never would have guessed that would work in the first place!

Went to Caspian yesterday as well..........never had a flag or a caught anything jigging.  Being a glutton for punishment, went back to Caspian today....had one flag at 8:30 and was almost spooled when I got to it.  Ended up being a 22" 3 lb laker..........no trophy but it will be good eatin.........GREAT day to be on the ice!

i never get skunked but was close last saturday...
only caught one 18" laker at about 4:30
weird though as much as everyone fishes no one fishes the afternoons  ???
ever night i m the last one off the ice !
always a good bite right at dark...
