There is something wrong in the URL to PhotoBucket.  I tried to figure it out but couldn't find it.  One of the errors is you have "http://htpp//:"  It should only have one http:// tag and htpp is a mis spelling. 

Not being critical, just trying to help.  You should be able to go to Photobucket, find the photo and just click your mouse in the "IMG" box which will copy everything you need, then paste it in your sig in your profile.
