What did I do wrong?

This morning I posted a thread about looking for a used flasher for a friend of mine.  I got a few PM's (thanks to all that did)  But now I cannot seem to find the post and i searched for it.  When I did the search it hit on the thread but would not let me view it.  They said that it was either off limits to me or that it was missing.  Just wondering If I did something wrong posting it or if it was deleted because of some rule or something. 

Please let me know so this doesnt happen again.

I think you have to be a militia member(pay) to post items for sale.

Ok.  Didnt realize that was the case.  What is the benefit of being a militia member and how much does it cost?
