Bethel reservoir
« on: Mar 05, 2011, 04:24 PM »
Fished the Bethel Reservoir today, had a great time as we hung in through the drizzle and enjoyed some beautiful weather. The ice was melting quickly on top and you could hear it running into the holes while we fished. Had some dull moments but were entertained by a mink that walked all the way around the lake to avoid us. In the end we had more than a dozen pickerel mostly small ones and 2 bass. We caught the 2 biggest fish when we were picking up to leave with a bass about 2.5 lbs and a pick about 2 lbs on the last couple tip ups. Lots of great food and good company, just a great day!
