HELP Pigeon lake

Maybe im dumb...but i was under the impression i could fish pigeon on thursday......is it thick enough.........if i dont post pics by sunday ...i died as im goin by myself...... :-\

You're from Calgary but going to pigeon for first ice? Why not try something local, all the ponds in the footfills are good to go.
