Most lakes in NESD are good for eyes and perch. Your best bet is to ask employees in baitshops or locals as to where they are biting. There are many lakes in the area and picking just a few would be pretty tough.

i agree with ice dawg, it seems like there is at least one lake throughout the eastern side that is going fairly well at any given time.  Waubay, Thompson, Sinai are my three favorites for perch and eyes.  Enemy Swim, Pickerel are my two favorites for crappie and then there is Roy lake that has some decent gills and good numbers of eyes and perch.

When I look around on the web, I always see where Lake X is usually going pretty good. There are probably 50 lakes within 30 miles of Webster and I never know where the fish are biting until I ask at a bait shop. Then I don't know if I was told the truth anyway so I end up trying a few lakes to find fish that are biting.
