Anybody Out There?

Haha thanks to this 80ish degree weather it got me thinking about being out on 12 inches of ice with the wind ripping...so I thought I would stop and check in on the shanty. How's everyones soft water fishing going? Tight Lines

First day of Summer.  At least spring is over.  Will be chasing deer before we know it.  Been using the vex all spring from the boat, lots of fun.  Just not as fun fishing from a boat as through the ice.

I think ice fishermen are the most die hard of any other fishing groups I can think of!  There is not a day out of the year that I don't think about something that has to do with ice fishing.

It got so bad that I was even dreaming of ice fishing the other night.  Of course when my wife AND GIRLFRIEND walked into the picture, it got a little strange....   

BTW:  I do have a wife, but no girlfriend.  At least it was a fun dream.  ;-) ;D

Always lurking around here during soft water season. Not to wish good weather away, but I do miss ice fishing now. Would like to upgrade some of my gear this year!

Hello, First time back in too long a time. Must be I feel the days getting shorter. I had the .270 out last week and have been playing with the ice gear for several days. My wife thinks I'm nuts, you'd think after 30 years she would have me figured out by now ;D. Less than 5 months if we are lucky. See you on the ice!
