Have next week off and Andover provides us with a "built in babysitter" so the wife and I can do a little riding.  Anybody been up?  Is it worth trailering up for?  Not a big fan of the sledmaine and mesnow "reliability" factor on trail conditions, would much rather hear first hand from a TEAM MAINE member.  Thank you.

figures, I was just up to camp last weekend for firewood. I didn't get on any trails, but as Will said, there not in primo condition, but ride-able.
If you decide to go, I left some anti-freeze at camp for ya  ;)

GF, here are some photos from last weekend so you can get somewhat of an idea.

14 deer @ camp. Healthy looking.

when i was up there fishing  ellis pond variety was packed with sleds   they were saying it was decent
FLAG! haha just kidding

I went down to the sporting goods store and got a new rod and reel for my wife.....pretty good trade, don't ya think?

Ketchup and grease instead of catch and release

"Hey, ya gotta flag, oh, wait, it went back down."

Thanks Bob - I was going to p.m. to see if you were going to be around, sorry I'll miss you this trip.  Snowmobiling for me is only fun when the trails are decent but my wife loves it no matter what.  I def. owe her a trip if remotely do-able for putting up with my weekend work schedule.  No offense to the snowmobile websites but the riding is always "awesome" if you listen to them! ;D

PS - I could use about five cord Bob if you've got extra.... ::) ;D

Bite the bullet and take her up to Caribou for the weekend. The County trails are really beautiful and from Caribou you can ride in just about any direction. The "border" trail is a really nice ride..  Where ever you go.... Have Fun..

Try this site    http://home.roadrunner.com/~roxburyme/slippery_sliders.htm

The groomers say that Roxbury and Byron trails are good, but like all trails, they would welcome more (some) snow.
