Anyone
« on: Jan 13, 2010, 05:38 PM »
Anyone want to fish tomorrow afternoon into night for walleye and or crappie. I have access to Belleville lake and to Island lake. I'm up for meeting somewhere else also. I have all the gear we would need to.

I wish I could join you. I've wanted to fish Belleville for eyes. Workin M-F 10a-6p in Brighton only leaves weekends for me tho.
The earth is 3/4 water and 1/4 land. Clearly God meant for us to spend 3 times longer fishing than taking care of the lawn.

May the holes in your net be no bigger than the fish in it.

Belleville is basically at 94 and 275  and just a tip to you guys in the spring and in the fall. After the boat traffic of the summer is gone Belleville actually is a great fishery for walleyes. Some buddies and I last march there were 8 of us in 2 boats and we nailed 47 eyes largest being 8.5 in about 8 hours time. Belleville actually gets a walleye run around march and they run up the huron to the ford dam.

Hey sam if you ever want to hit island lake for pans or crappie let me know , it's in brighton right by whitmore and grand river. I have property on island lake. Gonna try the eyes tonight let you know how I did.

Also if you icefish belleville be careful and know where you are going. It's a big narrow lake with the Huron flowing right through it. You can tell where the river flows through it because it hardly ever freezes over.
