Hit Goose Pond in Lee this morning.  No wind but it was very cold all day.  Hooked a nice pickerel and decent bass there.  Slowed down considerably as the morning went on. Thawed out in time to watch the Pats freeze in their cleats against the Ravens.

Yeah, when I left the house in Washington at 5:30 AM, it was 0, and driving through beautiful downtown Lenox Dale it was -3. It wasn't too bad at first, but then wind started picking up at sunrise, which made it a tad nippy.

13 degrees here on the cape with a nasty wind chill. caught no fish so there wasn't much moving around.
