I retract what I said about Fish307

Some of you might have seen a post I had about a bad experience with Fish307.  Well I talked with him today about it, and I take back what I said.  Very excellent customer service.  I must've just caught them at a very busy time before the holidays and all.  I will for sure be doing business with them again, no doubt.

well I'm glad you and them got it all straighten out. I'm also glad to see you post an apology, that also let us and them know your a good person. you just want it done right, nice job.

Fish 307 Good people, have been buying from them for years. Just stopped by yesterday, they always have time to talk and offer advice.

I would find it hard to believe any of the sponsors of this site having a problem with customer service. It would be most suicidal with the tight knit membership here. They probably have already figured out that superior customer service will spell out maximum business for them with this group.

good thing i saw this, because i was halfway to south dakota to kick some butt! ::) :P :laugh:

I ordered a rod bag from them last weekend, and received it today.  I thought that was excellent, especially considering our weather the last couple days. Plus, it cost me less including shipping than the same model from a much closer supplier w/o their shipping figured in. :clap: :clap: I'm sure I'll be using them more.
