not satisfied with fish307. ordered a rod/reel combo and it took over a week just for my order to be shipped, then when i got it, one of the eyelets was way off line with all the other eyelets. it's like they didn't even look at it, just threw it in a box. i would ship it back, but afraid i would not get another one back for another month. i will not do service with them again

Sorry it took so long to fill your order as well but this season has been unusually busy! The entire country plus our neighbors to the north in Canada had an early freeze and on most items we are already on our 4th re-order for an already dwindling supply for ice fishing gear.

I am a victim of Fish307. Never had a problem with them. Everything I ordered was to me promptly in the West.

Wow man. I had no idea how huge they were. These guys are right in my back yard so to speak. I knew they did a lot of online sales. I didn't realize that people thousands of miles away did buisness there. Top notch bait shop in my book. Do you give away free jig boxes to brownnosers?
I'd like to mention that I had to send my girl in to get bait and she had no idea what she was getting. She had to read my text message to someone there. She was so stoked at how easy they made it for her that she said she would do it anytime. Just another reason why they're taking over the market in my area. Thank you Fish307. Should I keep going?

Well thank you very much! We are almost like 2 companies. We have our local retail shop which is usually jammed packed with gear and then we have our online "dotcom" part with gear we have right in Lake George and lots more which we don't/can't stock in store because of space. We ship all over the world everyday now.

I ordered jigs and ice traps, got them within 5 days (In NH). No problems from my experiences......
