Ok I am about to ask the dumb question of the day!!! ::)

I have a dispute with one of my employees about the picture on the home page of the shanties on some lake.  Does anyone know where this picture was taken?

That picture would be from a sub zero morning on Shawano Lake in Wisconsin off Sunset Beach landing. Who was right?

Thank you for the reply.  I guess I was right, but didn't know what lake it was.  He thought it was from smeltville on Higgins lake in Michigan.
