drove by there on my way home from steelhead fishing. there was trucks at the launch and guys out fishing.the shore looked a little wet but there was two 4-wheelers out there. they were fishing over the camel humps good pike spot.i also talk to friend and said there was a big ice party tomorrow night.hope this info helps, and the only bait shop is about ten miles east of there in little town of battle creek called smittys...ps i did fish it wednesday for pike and there was lots of ice but it did rain here yesterday all day
