how is whalom this year?

haven't hit this spot yet this year, but thinking about it. do they still have the derby there, how's the fishing been and for what, has it been packed or forgotten this year?

no more derby, friday there were about 8 of us nuts out there in the wind. only a couple of small pickerals caught.  no salmon no trout

same here, hit it last friday and only pickeral.  there were 10-15 others there, only saw pickeral taken, no trout, no salmon.

same i pulled 1 or 2 pickeral ..the olny salmon that have been caught were in about 4 feet of water at the boat ramp
