Never been to lake Nippising...

making first trip to Waltonian on jan.22 wondering hows the fishing? What to expect, perch? Walleyes? Pike? Lots of all i hope. Anyones favorite jigs to use? Thanks

I have fished the nipper 6 times -- I would bring some acme kastmaster blue/silver and some gold color -- and phobe spoons -- jigging rapalas -- blue

you will get the walleyes typical times dusk and dawn -- perch all day

we caught a bunch of pike in callander bay years back -- im sorry northerns

Bring some glow stuff, glow always produced for me on Nipissing.  I used to fish 30 FOW at deep water point.  Hut city but a pretty good walleye bite.

I was up there last week for 4 days bite was real light make sure you have a very sensitive rod with you
