A mythical creature that used to reside at the 4 corners trailer park before its destruction... now sightings have become rare but I believe he does still exist

I think we all understand the question he asked, regardless of the grammar, and last I checked this isn't a Merriam-Webster forum.  Unless we want to dissuade member contributions for such trespasses, I think we owe Perches Layer an apology and to provide something pertinent to the post.

Perches Layer, as to your question, Daily Lake has always been day to day for both ice and road conditions, the main culprit is the wind, which blows something fierce out the canyon, and if we have a warm spell with wind, the lake can have really drastic changes in less than half a day.  But the real issue is that it hasn't been fishing very well the last few years, so with that said I'd recommend heading over to Canyon Ferry, Holter, or Hauser for perch/dink walleye.

Here is what I sent Perch layer in a PM.

Quote:  I am in full agreement in offering you, Sir, an apology as requested by one individual whose screen name on Iceshanty is "montanabay" and do herewith submit to you, one that is heartfelt and totally truthful.  I can only trust it is well and completely received.

My comment has been seen as rather crude and misplaced by a fellow icefisherman that isn't proud enough to complete his profile with a location.

The way/method you posed/posted your valid question fits very well here on Iceshanty and is very welcomed, as are you to Iceshanty ~ we are glad to have you Sir.

Please excuse me now as I butt-out of this thread and your life.

Good luck on the ice this and all seasons ~ Catch a big one.            End Quote.

Good day, montanabay.   Wishing you a nice forever.

I just wanted to share this heart felt apology that Idahogator sent Perches Layer and others in this thread via private message.  Definitely not meant to be "tongue-in-cheek", but as a sincere apology to Perches and the community for being a troll.  I would also like to state that I feel awful that I overlooked my profile location as a form of pride, I have much love for Bozeman and have updated it to reflect that so to give better credibility to my posts.  Now that it is established I live less than an hour from Dailey Lake, MT and not 400+ miles away in Trolltown, Idaho, we can makes this about the post's intention?

Im with you in this one.

On a side note, when your gonna throw down some troll allegations I'm much more inclined to think the average 3 post member is lurking around trolling for free info than someone that contributes information daily...Even if it's hilarious sarcasm from time to time.

to error to caution...I am glad someone sent perches layer an apology....of sorts.....just in case he is a foreign exchange student at msu or maybe a little slow..don't want to humiliate the poor guy..but if perches layer was just firing off a message with 2 thumbs from his phone..and didn't bother to check his auto correct for obvious mistakes..or just bombed outta his mind....then its understandable he could receive some razzing...hoping its the later...
