Not the pink pre-cooked shrimp? Do you soak them in salt water first? I read where someone soaks them in very salty water and drains them. Puts a batch in the freezer and he has bait ready to go year round.

I've said it before on here but I use Berkley Honey Worms. I get them in yellow, natural and red. They are not as messy as gulp alive. The gulp just gets sticky on my hands. They look just like wax worms and you can pinch them in half to fit them on smaller jig hooks.
