I have to say I dislike the one size fits all in the length that some companies have, I would rather have the option for short medium or tall for the legs  ;D

I would like some type of loop or fastener to attach my ice picks to keep them out of the way. I would like flotation that isn't bulky and zippers to the hips in the bibs. I have one suit now that I don't use because I can't put the bibs on while wearing boots. Some loops on the chest of the coat to attach retractors and other accessories to would be nice along with a secure phone pocket.
It seems to go from zero to hero all some have to do is lie.

wouldn’t going to several sizes increase the price considerably ? I presently have 2 suits both have adjustable inseams with no complaints and the heavier float suit is now going on 10 -11 years up until last year it averaged 4 days a week for 3 months with no failure in the inseam adjustment that’s just an ol buzzards .02

My tall zippers that go all the way up, and the inside velcro "sneak" pockets for phone, special stuff, etc.
The angled slit side pockets with small inne
Also the zippers are the bigger Talons, easy to grip (even more so with the piece of rawhide loop I tied to 'em)

My thigh-high zippers up the side, and the inside nylon velcro "sneak" pockets for phone, special stuff, etc.The angled slit side pockets with small inner zippers. The zippers are the bigger heavy Talons, easy to grip (even more so with the piece of rawhide loop I tied to 'em) Also the snap on or off gaiter boot straps. Even has a high collar with hood inside that zips off.

How about more pockets on the bibs, like up at the chest; and/or an inside bib pocket. Early and late season I find myself either not using my coat, or taking it off if it warms up during the day. When I do, I lose all the storage of those jacket pockets, would be nice to have hole hopping.
Also like the pass through slits on my walls bibs, makes it easy to get into the pockets of my pants/jeans. Don’t know if I’ve seen that on an ice bib, would be nice with a magnetic closure

I have a Striker suit.  I like the many many pockets.  (some hidden)  I also like the waterproofness ( if there is such a word)
I hate wet knees and legs. Face protection with the wrap around hood thing.
I looked at many before I purchased the Striker.  In my opinion its the best one out there.
Geo.

I think one thing to keep in mind too is that all the little extras add time/work to make the suit, and is ultimately reflected in the price. Sometimes you need to be a bit more inventive with what you have.
I had some quick snap hooks sewn to the outside of mine for my whistle and my hemostats to hang from...
you can add a lot of things, like pockets, etc. Just find someone who can sew.
