OK, Im done ranting. Kody from clam corp got ahold of me right away after i sent an e-mail. They said they got my number wrong and had been trying to contact me. He is sending me the old style rounded locks for my poles. He said some people like the new pointed ones and some like the old rounded style. I will give them a try and hopefully they work a little better. Also said they are in the process of changing over their customer service phone system and that may have been why i kept getting the answering machine every time. All is well now. For anyone that needs to contact them i would go with the e-mail as mentioned earlier.
