Marcum has the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. I received a call back from Marcum one time while I was out fishing and ended up chatting with the CS guy for a short while but I had to cut the conversation short because my buddy needed help landing a fish lol. The few times I've had to deal with them have been awesome experiences. Have always helped me out and taken care of me as quick as possible. Mind you shipping across the border isn't necessarily fast but take that into account and it's always been great.
