Put LED lights on my boat trailer a few years back and had some of the lights in each one go out. I contacted Optronics and had to send pics showing light problem and just received a new set of lights. My correspondence and resolution with them was answered within one day and new lights delivered within one week. What a great company to deal with. No hassles and questions, just asked to send pics. Gonna put them on today. Just putting this out there in case anyone else has this problem. Wish more companies were this reputable.
