I went by Willoughby yesterday and there is a lot of open water. I took this pic from the east shore toward the north end. The shanty on the left is already sinking. In the southern end of the lake there's an even large patch of open water. It appears it the end for ice fishing there this year.

There was a derby there last weekend. Same as any lake watch where you go stay away from brook / road drain openings.
