Town Farm Bay

Anyone ever have any luck in Town Farm Bay in Charlotte??  Saw a guy out fishing there today but didn't have the time to fish it or go chat with him to see how the fishing was.  Anyone ever give it a shot out there???

I've had real good luck on perch, east of Long Point. They were in 20-25 FOW. Action was non-stop...that was about 10 years ago though. Ice there has not been very dependable the past few years. I'd definately give it a try.
