Who's stopping to take pictures when there's a flag up

. Seeing the spool screaming is second to hearing it before you even get there. Or having the whole tip-up beating against the side of the hole. Those first two pics look exactly like my tip-ups bent steel and all, have to dust mine off this weekend and get them wet.

i'm stopping to take pictures! the screaming spools are usually small fish for me. i want a real slow roll.....an apex predator who isn't hurrying at all.

To see a flag go up makes the heart stop and the blood boil up, explosion of energy and anticipation of what monster could be on the other end. yes the flag is 75% of the fun ice fishing

stopping to take a pic actually slows me down and calms me a little. i prefer to creep up on my flags and if i'm too fired up i might make a mistake.
