i have a lady freind who works contruction outside in the winter.

I would look at cabela's, also LL bean for quality outer wear.
lacrosse boots are good, I have the vexilar padded bibs, and this coat
I found at burlington coat factory.  I am plenty warm,  good place to start
good luck.

Smaller mens sizes work great for my wife and sisters. Carrharrt is the brand of choice if you ask me. I think Carharrt is coming out with a womens line this year, check it out.

there's a one piece carhartt coveralls deal that my neighbor back home has. she loves it.

A nice warm shanty might help. ;)

oh, we got a shanty.
she's looking for work clothes for when she's not in the shanty!
i did some searching and found some danner womens work boots i'm gonna get her.
the carharts smaller mens sizes are still awkward for her, she's out side 10 or more hours a day.
also found some good base layer stuff.
any ladies out there like to speak to this?
