Sacandaga has produced some lunker pike this month but I don't think there are any muskies.

majority of the big pike i see come from sacandaga and finding a good musky lake could be difficult

The Sac has produced some giant Pike! Check out my pics!!!  I've been nailing wallyes there too, no Muskies tho. If u want a Muskie, I'd go to Round Lake. It's on Rte 9 in the Round Lake-Mechanicville-Malta area. It's a descent size lake, not very deep tho. But again it holds some big Pike and Tigers. It has been slow this year but hey, u never know!! Good luck and lemme know where u go n how u do !

Its not in the Daks but consider the St.Lawrene River. When I think of big pike and Muskie its what I think of. Probably because I live here in the St. Lawrence river valley.

broken elbow flow-- northern adirondacks
If you consider it a sport to gather your food by drilling through 36 inches of ice and sitting there all day hoping that the food will swim by, you might live in northern New York
