Irish Setter pacs?
« on: Aug 31, 2012, 12:52 PM »
I just ordered a pair of Irish Setter snow claw xt zip boots.  Probably alittle late to be asking but anybody have these?  I bought a pair if Muck artic pros last year...love the boot just not warm enough for my feet on the real cold days. Thanks for any info

Received my boots yesterday and am very impressed with the quality of em.  They are a large boot but to be expected of a warm pac, they are relatively light for their size.  Anxious for some cold and ice to see how they perform.

Hope they work well for you. I have had good experiences with Irish Setter - I have a pair of work boots and hunting boots that I am very happy with.

Good luck with the boots.  I never had pacs from Irish Setter but all the boots I've had from them have been top notch.  I have pacs from Schnee's in Montana and they are very warm, rated to -40 active, and the weight isn't too bad.  I'll take some extra boot weight for warm feet any day.
