I'm looking into getting some sort of fish finder or flasher but I would like to get something on the cheaper side that is decent quality. Any recommendations?

Garmin striker 4 is a great unit, check Hodges marine, they had a great sale on them last winter.

I would say garmin striker4 also usually about 100.00-125.00

Garmin striker 4 is pretty solid, on sale at zammyzons for $99 right now.

$260 for Vexilar FL-8 reconditioned. 2yr. warranty on unit, 1yr. on battery. It's how I bought mine. No issues.

Hummin bird ice 35 flasher. Has zoom & a dual beam transducer and can be bought shipped to your door for $250. Solid ice fishing unit.
