I got into some crappies over the weekend with friends, on a small private pond in upstate ny.

nice, crappies look like a fun fish to catch. i havent had the oppurtunity to fish for them, being up north and all :-\

Nice crappies. If I get into crappies I only get into a few. I bet it would be nice to get a bunch of them! and tasty too... :thumbsup:

well i didnt, because i developed a food allergy to fish about 10 years ago :'( but my parents have already made a number of delicious meals from the fresh crappie fillets.
