Anyone fish in the Bellevue, ia area?

I live in dubuque and trying to find some different spots to try. I was in the Bellevue area this summer and noticed there was some spots near offshore grill that looked like could be fished. Just wondering if anyone has fished near there. Thanks

3 days and no answer, I guess that's a no. I known back in the 60's and 70's people fished there and it was quite good. Water levels were managed by dikes and gates I'm guessing for waterfowl. I remember also the area was opened up for what I think they called, promiscuous fishing, as it was subject to winterkill. No limits and anything short of dynamite was allowed.  Not sure what going on there now. This was yje Green Island area south of Bellevue.
Further south at Sabula is talked about on here every year.
