For me, it wouldn't work and I wouldn't buy one. In looking at the measurements and pictures and then trying to use it a one-man flip-over, it's just too big. I've started taking two small soft cases with rod sleeves on my rods to keep them from getting tangled. I just pull one out when needed and toss the case back in the tub.
Quicker, lighter, and smaller is better in my setup so that I spend more time fishing. I tried a larger hard case that held more rods, but it was just too unwieldy messing with rods behind me with the case being the width of the tub while seated, and it took up took much room. I suspect that would be the case with the one that you're looking at. I now use the hard case for off-season storage only.
Good luck!
