in a word, awful! Plano owns Frabil. I sent an email about one of their products. It took 6 weeks to respond, asking for photos. I sent photos the same day explaining what happened and asking if there was anything we or i could do to repair. Another 6 weeks later, their response was "the item has been discontinued". Doesn't matter what the item is. Point is, 3 months to get "....disscontinued"??!! with no resolution or suggestions. No more Frabil or Plano items for me!

I got the runaround from Frabill once 4-5 years ago. Got a broken item straight out of the box, and it took over a month and several phone calls and emails to get the product returned and my money back.

Frabills Ice fishing presence has been less and less seemingly each year since Plano bought them out. Even their open water stuff is diminishing as well ie rain suits etc .

You are lucky, the one I had the material shredded like velour when you pull it on an angle and that was during the first use after a 1/4 mile walk onto the lake. When I sent it back to them, they claimed I dumped kerosene on it. That was my last Fragile product I'll ever buy. Hope their business fails dismally.
