It's got a following in Asia and there are plenty more videos. They call it either Tanago or Tamago something like that. 2"ers are like big game fishing compared to these little guys.

Same... not as much as I used to, since I don't chase catfish as much as I used to, though.
There's a little ditch/creek a few hundred yards from my house loaded with chubs, shiners, and the occasional sunfish or bullhead. Getting a mess of little 4-8" baitfish on a little glass noodle rod is actually pretty fun.

While fishing small streams for native brook trout I have managed to get some small brookies around that size. Most of the time they aren't even hooked but hanging on to the end of the worm, those little brookies are absolutely beautiful.
