Mat mine said 24:1 also I'm running non-E 91 with the 40:1 strike master oil ,with a touch of seafoam , and It's fine
but at 10 hours thats only 4 perch per hour , thats not whipping, thats a good ol buzzard pace , took it easy today cleaned up 3 drive ways and shoveled my roof

That's how spent my day, dug out 2 boats, the bed of my truck and shoveled 4 roofs.

Channel nine says 46 Saturday with heavy winds, most of this snow isn't long on life, looks good for next week.

I haven't fished Oneida lake before but would like to give it a shot, was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a decent spot that can be accessed rather easily on foot.

I would do Cleveland if walking. You can get to deeper water faster. Stop at App's for bait. They have the coolest map of the area. We tried walking out there a couple weeks ago we made it half way before we died out. The huts look a lot closer than you think. Its like walking in the frozen Sahara.

A few guys we were with walked out of the Sylvan Beach area not sure where. They caught the most out of everyone, near the break wall.

Good luck man...

took a ride on the sled this afternoon. the slush is about a foot deep, and the snow is very soft. had to stay on the throttle to stay on top. didn't dare stop. tomorrow will be a different story. even worse. I wouldn't attempt a wheeler.   Sully...

Nice job Filet!  Great job KP and KP Jr today.  My buddy was out today and didn't do too well.  Dinks everywhere, but he couldn't find any good ones.

This weekend is looking like a Seneca trip.

Took the day off and headed to the ice today with KP Jr. Met Fishforpike at the baitstore then headed out. Wind was not bad today, ran into about an hour of rain then, the sun popped out. The fish were picky too say the least. Jr. and I picked up 18 perch together, all being nice jumbos. All fish were taken in about 5 hours. They shutoff and moved around noon, we waited around for another hour with no fish on the screen for Jr. or myself. We packed it in around 1:00 and headed home. Wheelers will not be traveling anytime soon. The snow has packed in some, but, sled travel is good and should be for the next couple of days. No promises after Friday though!! Good seeing you again Phil!!--KP @)
Had a good morning.  Put 12 jumbos in the bag and let bunch smaller go back.  My last 1/2 day made the 4 day trip this year all worthwhile.  When I pulled out at noon today, the snow had changed drastically from the previous 3 days.  I have no doubt, with the current forecast, you guys are going to loose all the snow.  Refreeze next week is going to make the going real easy.  I think by tomorrow afternoon, even sled travel is going to be difficult in many areas.  On my trip back out 49 at 1 today, I could see several areas slushing through to the top.

Nice bunch of jumbos Freddie. Maybe after the thaw and refreeze I can convince "wet foot" to fish a little to the west of Sylvan Beach  ::)

I'm not normally superstitious but why would you change uniforms in the middle of a 25-0 run......you could have put a 3' wide basket up there and they couldn't hit tonight....still a great run though

Great run for sure. Their offense has been bad lately and it finally caught up with them.

I agree Duke is going to kill them. They are playing 3 games in 5 days so that will help a little.

Nike has the uniform rights to cuse, from what I heard on the radio today when a nike affiliated team plays a non-Nike team they change it up to draw attention to their uniform, I guess under armour is a strong competitor of there's in the uniform business.  Makes good marketing I suppose

I hear ya icecutter but i love oneida and would rather fish there than anywhere elsegot a buddy at work that is gonna hit erie this week i have never been there before and would need to do some scouting before i just headed out there it's just like hunting to me spend 3 times as much time out scouting as as i do in the stand or blind but it all pays off in the end

Eh I'm not gonna blame it on the uniforms. They haven't played well in awhile. To be honest, they don't look good at all. They need to pull their heads outta their ...uniforms....and step it up. I'm thinking I'm gonna try Oneida again Fri or sat. see how the walk is and take the flutterfish for their maiden voyage
