After looking at the weather the ice would still be good its still below freezing every night so whatever does happen to melt in the few hours its warm enough will lock right back up come dusk and with 8" + of ice i wouldn't worry about anything but getting bait for monday good luck
Thanks crappiefisher311!  I may head up Monday and cruise around a bit, in hopes of seeing where others may have ventured out.

It's been a long time since there has been 12" of black ice, let alone this early.

Is there a place to park on mill street in Constantia

Yes, but you will want to get there early. It was filling up there this morning on my way to work...

Anyone know where to find good daily barometer readings.

Get the weather center app of u have a smart phone or can just get on a computer. It tells u a lot of info for a specific area and barometer reading. ;D

Two years, ten months, 8 days, and 6 hours. I see a substantial decrease in the eye and perch population over the next two months. My stomach is ready to do its part.

I'm going out to Chapman tomorrow afternoon.  This is my first year ice fishing Oneida lake, 2nd year ice fishing.  Been there twice and had little to no luck finding the perch.  I've only managed half a dozen so far but was able to get a few walleye out there.  Hopefully tomorrow brings more luck.

Hey Everyone,  I'm lookinhg for a 5lb propane tank to use with my shanty heater and I can't seem to find one anywhere.  So far I've been to Farm Family, Bass pro, Gander, Phillipsons and Lowes.  Has anyone seen one of these on the shelf anywhere?

Thanks,

Will it be a mess on Sunday?    Ice sounds like it will be safe but with 45F and rain on Saturday, thinking it will be a mess.   Thinking of going out of APpS

Thanks all

Found my 5lber online n paid $60 for it. Worth the money and paid for itself already.  Cabelas has them online I think.  Ran from morning til dark last weekend 2 days and still plenty in the tank.  Normally get around 2.5+ full days of use before u have to fill.  Wont make a full 3 days from my experience. Cost me $5.60 to fill it at local uhaul rental place by my house.

Thinking about heading down from Drum tomorrow. I was hoping someone had a report for Godfrey Point. I normally dont ask such questions but after searching all the posts and finding no info I figured I would ask. Not looking for anyones special spot. Just launch and ice/snow condition. I will be dragging. Thanks

believe me he is not a friendly guy, he has checked me a few times. Once with my 7 year old nephew, he wouldnt even acknowledge my nephew when he asked if he was a policeman. All business no smile, acted like he hated his job all three times I have ran into him.
