My son goes to Augustana College in Rock Island.  He's on their collegiate bass team and they are having an ice fishing derby as a fund raiser on Feb. 20th.  It's in Iowa somewhere close to Davenport I believe.  While not this weekend, it might be something you want to check out in a few weeks.  I'll be coming over to fish it myself to support the cause.  Let me know if you want more details.

Sounds like a good Idea, think I can make it down from Wisc then, will keep a watch, will need to know what water though.

Probably lost grove lake. There is another tournament there tomorrow. Feb 20 could be iffy if we have ice or not, thats the week we usually get our first big warm ups
