If they are the ones that are all black rubber out side they work great. There was something on here about what kind of gloves or mittens people used that had poeples opinions on it and I think most people that had them liked them. Got mine for a couple bucks on a garage sale. Great for when your picking up tip-ups.

Those are nice but after using Ice Armor gloves last year I can imagine using anything else. They are amazing and well worth the 30 bucks.
WHEN HELL FREEZES OVER I'LL ICE FISH THERE TOO!!

I have been using them for about 20 years now. They give you the ability to wear thinner wool fingerless gloves underneath...and when you need to get them off in a hurry...all you have to do is snap your wrists towards the ground and off they come. I mostly use mine when I am pulling my stuff around or drilling a bunch of holes.
For the price...get a pair and decide for yourself...I bet you will love them.

The HT mittens have a tacky surface, which makes holding/picking things up easier. They also stay flexible in cold weather. I've found them to be warmer than gloves.

I went with the Ice Armor gloves last year too, the 30.00 was worth it, I like them because while jigging and the hole ices up slowly, you can leave your glove on and and clean your hole.
