I was wondering if any of the lakes in steuben or lagrange area are open. Wanting to launch the boat!

Otter still has ice.  I drove by Round and Clear yesterday and they are still iced over.  There was a lot of ice on round and clear.  We got hammered with rain last night, and today, so the ice will be going away pretty quickly.  I will let you know when Clear and Round are open if that helps you.
