Were only allowed three in the water but I never go out with less then 6 on hand. You just never know what your going to need.

I can fit 8 in my rod locker so that's what I take at least.

I have at least 30, almost all are  made from summer rods broken by friends and my kids (or me). Never have less than 6 on the ice, I found it is much quicker to simply grab another rod already rigged than change lures with cold hands.
