What do you Guys Think?

Should I go live bait or do they prefer salted minnows, or something completly different.  Going out on the weekend to specifically try for eelpout.  Have never caught one so hope I can do it.

If you have an older tub of really stinky minnows you might as well use them up trying for burbot.  The stinkier the better.
