I haven’t been out for lakers yet this year but planning a overnight trip in a couple weeks, my favourite species to target through the ice! As I reminisce, I thought I would drop some eye candy here for anyone else that is on their couch vs the hard water.

Some tanks there! I got at least a month before the laker waters freeze near me, but yes, I am looking forward to it! Catch em up!

A month, ouch. Then what, do you get 1 month of ice on or a couple?

I fish mainly CNY. We usually get 2-3 months, but this year it's 60 degrees in January. >:(
