Still not considered a trophy but I'm "inching" my way towards one. Got a 26" on a tip up Saturday night on Fox Lake, in WI. Had 4 flags - 2 drops, lost a fish close to the hole and landed the big girl - CPR'd as well. Hope to catch her again in a few years when she's 30"! Just a word of advice to anyone looking for tip up lights - stay away from the HT's. First time using one, brand new out of the package, tested and worked fine, only to fail on the 26" fish. She spooled me before I saw my flag was up while clearing holes. I'm sure glad I didn't loose her!

I'm going to start releasing more, maybe all the 21+'s, start harvesting stocked trout again.
Live/dead, artificial, or both?
